Bobby Bhakti is a complete disgrace and a pathetic GM. This guy has no regard for customers and how they are treated. Instead of listening to feedback and understanding what's going wrong, he simply attacks the customers, shouts at them and supports his pathetic front staff. A truly disgusting experience from an atrocious hotel! Hands down the worst hotel owner in the USA!!

Excellent experience at the La Quinta Inn in Shenandoah. Management and staff are friendly and helpful, our room was very clean and spacious, and it was easily accessible from the parking lot. I have paid more and gotten less at higher rated hotels, so for the price, this hotel is an exceptional value. I did not have the breakfast so I can't comment on that aspect, but it is a La Quinta, so you can always walk to the Denny's next door!
