Very Very unhappy with Ever Us ring. After 7 months of not continuous use of the ring, one of the diamonds fell off. I took it to fix and was informed that it wasn't on warranty anymore. I didn't know that I have to take the ring every 6 months for inspections. Ok, I let the ring at the store to get an estimative of the cost. After 2 weeks, I got a call back and asked to go ahead and fix it. I waited for another call to let me know when the ring was fixed. After several weeks I called the store back and the ring was there already. Nobody called me back. When I went to pick it up at the store, I was informed that they sent an email. I never got the email. They sent it to a wrong email address. The people at the store was not very nice at all, and they didn't even ask the right email to correct it on the system. Very, very disappointed. Plus, if I have to check my ring every six months, of course that it is not a reliable ring. And they don't tell you that you'll loose the warranty if you don't check your ring!
