Core Health Chiropractic & Natural Medicine at 10845 Kuykendahl Road #102, The Woodlands, Texas.

I was introduced to Core Health Chiropractic & Natural Medicine and Dr. Thigpen by my good friend Jesse Roach about 3 months ago. I have had on-going issues with my neck and lower back that I seemed to only get relief with a combination of Chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy. Although I have better than average health insurance plan, this became expensive because I couldn’t find a chiropractor I liked under my insurance plan that I felt was really helping me get relief from my pain/discomfort.

I was impressed by both Dr. Thigpen and his staff immediately. During my first visit, he sat down and asked me a lot of questions at helped him realize the root cause and location of where I need to be treated. He then laid-out a realistic plan of therapy that included in-office massage therapy, stretching exercises and adjustments. He was upfront about expectations as my upper back and shoulders were extremely tight and the “fix” would not take place overnight or with a few sessions. He offered many suggestions to improve my posture and gave me daily stretching exercises.

I did notice some immediate relief and the massage sessions were incredible!!! After 3-4 weeks of twice-a-week therapy, my upper back started to loosen-up and “crack” where he need it to in order for me to get the comfort I needed. The relief Dr. Thigpen provided me has allowed me to work, exercise and even sleep more comfortably. I am going to continue a maintenance program with Core Health Chiropractic & Natural Medicine moving forward.

The staff at Core Health Chiropractic & Natural Medicine is very friendly and patient friendly. I even get text messages the morning of my appointment to remind me the time of my visits. Unlike many doctor offices, I have never had to wait a minute past my appointed time to get treated which is rare. I have had zero issues with the staff as far as working with my insurance company. I’d highly recommend Core Health Chiropractic & Natural Medicine to all of my friends and family.
